Warranty Policy – All products are warranted against DOA (dead on arrival problems).  An option 60 day warranty is available here  ( Optional 60 day warranty )

Warranty is limited to replacement of merchandise only, and does not provide refund of purchase price  (See return policy).

Cost of returning product to us is not reimbursed, and is the responsibility of the purchaser.  The seller shall cover all shipping and handling costs of shipping new product to the customer via first class mail.

Warranty Covers:

• Any products failures that occur during normal use.

• Burned out filaments.

• Bulbs that will not light, or partially light.

Warranty does not cover:

• Shipping damage.  This is covered by shipping insurance (only if purchased).

• Abuse and physical damage.

• Broken glass.

• Products exposed to greater than 15 volts.

• Lost or discarded items.

• Incorrect bulb sizes

• Merchandise purchased from others

• Old merchandise purchased prior to the period covered by the warranty.
