Cancellation Policy – There is a $1.00 cancellation charge to cancel any order you have placed with us. This applies for duplicate orders, orders made by mistake or for any other reason. To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email ( superlumination@cox.net). We will cancel your order and issue a refund to you account (less the $1.00 cancellation charge), as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your name, the email address used to place the order, and the ship-to name. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund or exchange per the ( Return Policy).
