Step 1 |
Find the silicone grommet and HID bulb. With the tapered head of the grommet facing the HID bulb, thread the two
wires of the HID bulb thru the two small holes in the grommet.

Step 2 |
Find the silicone grommet and HID bulb. With the tapered head of the seals facing as shown, slide one seal up over
each of the wires as shown.

Step 3 |
Find the silicone seals. With the tapered head of the grommet facing the HID bulb, thread the two wires of the HID
bulb thru the two small holes in the grommet.

Step 4 |
Find the male and female connectors. The contacts on the end of the wires will slide thru the connectors as shown.
Assure that the black wire slides onto the female connector and the red wire slides onto the male connector.
The contacts must be oriented properly so that the will lock into position. If they do not lock, slide the connector
back off slightly, rotate a little and try again to get the connector to lock. Keep trying until you get the contact
to lock onto the connector.

Step 5 |
Find the Power harness. The power harness will connect to the factory bulb connector that was removed from the
original factory installed bulb. The other end will connect to the ballast and provide power to the ballast when the
light is switched on. The HID bulb connects to the remaining connectors on the ballast.
The ballast
should be mounted to the car so that it is not in an area that will overheat or get too hot.
The grommet on
the HID bulb will press into the hole where the factory bulb was removed press the bulb into place until the ribbed
area in the center is pressed up against the edge of the hole in the factory light housing. This should form a seal
and also hold the HID bulb firmly in place.
