Question: I ordered the wrong item(s). I need to exchange. What do I do?
To
exchange goods, the simplest and fastest way is to purchase what you want directly from the website
and then send the other items back for a refund of the original purchase price.
We will confirm the new purchase was made of equal/greater value, and will waive any restocking charge on the refund. All items must be received in as-new condition.
You must email us prior to sending returns to receive specific return instructions, and receive an Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returns must include a print of your
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
which will be sent to you via email.
We will not accept any merchandise returned to us that was purchased elsewhere.

Question: I can't find the correct instrument panel bulbs for my vehicle. They are not listed in the application charts. How do I find the right ones?
Many times the gauge and instrument panel lights are not shown in the application charts, so the only way to identify them and to get an exact count, is to remove the bulbs and compare them to the images on the website.
